ROULETTE
Roulette is the most classic casino game of all. And it’s so easy to play!
The object of Roulette is to successfully bet on individual numbers,
Red, Black, Odd , Even, 1-18 or 19-36.
A small white ball is then rolled in the opposite direction to a
spinning wheel consisting of 37 numbers in the
European version (one zero) or 38 numbers in the American version
(one zero and one double zero).
When the ball comes to rest in one of the slots, all bets are settled.
The Roulette table has two separate betting parts – the number layout and the outside chances.
The number layout consists of numbers 1 to 36; a zero and a double zero (American Roulette only). The zero and the double zero play exactly the same way as all the other numbers but are not included in any outside chances bets.
Outside chances is the common name of the twelve outside chances bets divided into two separate types of bets: six even money bets (red, black, odd, even, high numbers and low numbers), and six 2 to 1 bets (three columns bets and three dozen bets).
How to Bet the Numbers
Playing the numbers is easy .After deciding which numbers to play there are several options available. The easiest bet is to simply place a chip straight up on the number. By doing so, you play that number only. Other options include splitting the bet between two connecting numbers (e.g. 1-2 or 6-9), playing corners by placing the bet in the cross of four numbers (e.g. 4,5,7,8) betting on streets (three numbers in a row, e.g. 10-13), or playing a six line which is a double street (e.g. 1-6).
You can place number bets on 0 and 00 just like on any other number. The payout is exactly the same.
Note: European Roulette features two special street bets: 0-1-2 and 0-2-3.
American Roulette features three special street bets: 0-1-2, 0-00-2, and 00-2-3.
Number bets payouts
By playing outside chances bets you cover a large amount of numbers in just one bet.
The outside chances bet can be divided into two categories: those that pay even
money or 1-1 and those that pay 2 to 1.
1 to 1 bets include red/black, even/odd and high/low.
By making a even chance bet, you cover 18 numbers.
All 2 to 1 bets cover 12 numbers.
Note: All outside chances bets lose on 0 and 00.
